| If you have a need for specific Personal Safety, Self Defence or Conflict Management courses, for example if most of your employees are lone workers (Estate Agents, house calling doctors, etc.) or frequently deal with aggressive people (bar staff, social workers, etc.) you may require training relevant to the conditions which your workforce experience. If so, just ask for a course to be tailored to your needs. |

|
The maximum number of candidates is 20 and the minimum required for a course to run is 3 – this could be made up of your candidates only or a mix of different candidates from different businesses. All candidates for Self Defence courses must be 16 years old or above and candidates for Personal Safety courses must be over 14 years old (unless specifically on a Personal Safety for Children course).
A 50% deposit (or full payment) must accompany the booking form. Please do not send cash through the post. Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the course start date.
Confirmation of acceptance on a course will be made within 7 days of receipt of the booking form and payment.
Should you cancel your course within 7 days of its commencement date you will forfeit the 50% deposit or 50% of the total cost paid.
|
Should you cancel your course prior to 7 days before its start date you will be refunded any payments made less 20% of the total cost of the course to cover administration.
Should you leave the course during its duration you will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellations should be made by email.
‘Security And Safety’ reserve the right, with due notification, to re-schedule or cancel any course if candidate numbers are not reached. In this instance a full refund of your deposit (or full payment) will be made.
Please note that lunches, snacks and/or refreshments will not be provided unless paid for by the candidate.
Please wear comfortable clothing as you may be required to lie on the floor, participate in attack scenarios, etc. If candidates would rather not be involved in this ‘role play’ part of the course, please notify the trainer 7 days before the course begins to allow for alternative arrangements to be made. |
